1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Vouchflow application ("the service"), you agree to be bound by these terms of service and our privacy policy. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vouchflow. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Use of service and account security
Vouchflow provides automated auditing and governance tools for Google Workspace Drive environments. You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your Google Admin credentials and Service Account keys.
- All activities that occur under your domain authorization.
- Ensuring that your use of the service complies with Google’s own terms of service and acceptable use policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vouchflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the service.
- Any identification or reporting of risk data within your Google Workspace environment.
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vouchflow and its officers, directors, and employees from and against any claims, damages, or costs resulting from your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
6. Governing law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vouchflow is registered. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction.
